Admission Procedure

Our strong concern and relentless effort is to aid the development of the WHOLE PERSON, so as to be fully humane Indian and truly modern.

We are delighted that you are considering S Raza Girls High School for your child's education. Our admission process is designed to ensure that every student admitted to our institution aligns with our values and ethos. Here is a step-by-step guide to the admission procedure:

1. Registration:
Registration forms can be obtained from the school office.
These forms must be filled and submitted to the school office within seven days of issue. Please note that the submission of a registration form does not guarantee admission.
Incomplete registration forms without a photograph will be considered invalid.

2. Admission Test and Interaction:
Admission to SRGHS is subject to an admission test, interaction, and the availability of seats.
The date for admission tests and interactions will be provided at the time of registration. Please be aware that these dates may be subject to change with only a two-day notice from the school.

3. Required Documents:
At the time of registration, please ensure you have the following documents:

• Duly filled and signed registration forms.

• Copy of ward’s OBC, ST/SC certificate (if applicable).

• 3Passport-sized colour photographs of the student and one passport size colour photo of both the parents.

• Photocopy of proof of date of birth (Municipal Council).

• Photocopy of blood group test report.

• Photocopy of the Adhar card of the student and both the parents.

• Original TC and photocopy of report card of the last class of the last attended school.

4. Admission Criteria:
Admission to Preparatory will be granted through written test interaction. Students seeking admission from Class I to VIII will be required to undergo a written test followed by an interview. Age Criteria for class I – Minimum 6 years at the time of commencement of the session 5. Parent Involvement:
We strongly advise parents to fill out the registration forms themselves to ensure accuracy and completeness.

5. Transfer Certificate (T.C.):
If the Transfer Certificate from the previous school, with 'Passed' or 'Promoted' written on it, is not submitted on time, the admission may be liable to cancellation.
